I will not be renewing my vbulletin license after many years. I have 3.8.4 and don't plan to get 4.0. I'm looking at IBP at this moment.

Same here, I feel about '4' the same way I felt about Vista. I'm still 50/50 on jumping to Ipb but Invision seem to have upped their game and do seem to be listening to customer feedback.
