Some quick tips:
- Once you choose a URL Rewrite format, please stick with the one you choose. You can test alternatives using our demo.
- Make sure you also run our sitemap.
- Explore our Relevant Replacements feature.
- Consider disabling your showpost pages, by using our feature to replace showpost links with permalinks
- Make sure you disable "Powered by vBulletin" from your title, and remove your site title from all thread pages, etc.

FYI - vBSEO 3.2.0 GOLD has been released. You should also complete your upgrade to ensure you are running the latest version with completely up to date SEO for your forum.
What is the URL Rewrite format?
Sorry for so many questions.
That is how your URL is rewritten. Such as vbseo.com/f4/ or some sites have it like yoursite.com/forum-title/
