vBSEO with Chinese thread

Hi,
Can anyone help me the question since I could not find the correct answers so far?
I am using vBulletin 3.6.9 and most of threads are Chinese. I am thinking about if I should buy cVSEO. Does vBSEO help forum with Chinese threads? I know vBSEO does not have Chinese language package. If it does not help Chinese forum, any tips for other SEO would be appreciated as I believe lots of experts are on this forum.

We do have Chinese forum customers. We are compatible although you might prefer to take advantage of link consensus without using keywords in your URLs. Remember, link consistency/concensus is much more important that keyword rich URLs alone:
