About LinkBacksHow does one create a full background image that looks nice but doesn't take up a lot of bandwidth? I have photoshop but I am looking for tips when creating/saving such images.

Reduce the colors as much as possible. Opt for drawings vs. rasters (i.e. photographic images). Choose a suitable image format (gif vs. jpg), and use as much compression as you can without sacrificing quality.

would a png be a better alternative compared to a gif?
It may be best to not listen to anything I say for advice. :spin:
