Just to clarify, I am just refer to getting the URL structure in this format we are happy to help in doing this for you but you would have already needed to have completed the upgrade yourself.

If you would rather have us do the full upgrade for you we offer an upgrade service for just $27 see - vBSEO - Upgrade Service, as Michael says we would have access to your files in this case so this wouldn't be a problem and our official turn around is 24hours though in most cases we will process the upgrade in a few hours.
