vB 4.0 SEO vs. vBSEO

Today, I've started with the newsletter from vB and the Announcement of vB 4.0.

I'm using vBSEO, which is really the best SEO Tool for vBulletin. But, one of the new Feature of vB 4 is this:

SEO Friendly URLs
Custom META keywords/description tags
Automatic Google XML sitemap module
Removal of duplicate content links

Can you explain me, why I should use vBSEO with vBulletin 4? What is the difference between the vB4 SEO and vBSEO?
