users posting duplicate content?

I was wondering what if my members posted duplicate content from other sites i.e (just copy/pasted tutorials from other) what would google do? it will be hard to me to check every review/news/tutorial to check if it's legal and clean

Google will didn't do anything he will index it and that's will not make any problem with Google
But the problem will be in your forum because that's will be copy of another sites and that's not good for you

Yes, In my forum I have made new announcement that's warn the members to don't copy from the other sites because the announcements is the first thing in your forumdisplay pages so the all members will see it
