About LinkBacksI would like to use maxcdn with vBSEO 3.2.0.
Do I have to upgrade to the new vBSEO 3.5 before I can use the maxcdn ?
Do I have to upgrade the vBulletin forum to Version 3.8 or 4 ? If yes should I first update the vb forum?

The vBSEO upgrade is what controls the CDN integration. No need to upgrade vB unless you want to.
