Unable to update my email address in vbseo site

Hi,

I am trying to update my email address in vbseo site with the alternative email address .. This address appears while we submit the ticket in vbseo site. But while i submit i get error from the site.. Please refer the attached screenshot.



Please help. also updated this information in the ticket i opened # 7165-YUFX-3116

I tried to send an email as in picture but the email got returned with the following error

The error recorded is:
No Tech Found

Please try again. If you have changed your password you can only reply to notifications generated after your password was changed.
