Too many keywords in title?

Can google (or any other search engine) penalize you for too many keywords in the url?

for example, I want to change the directory of my forums from

lakehavasucity.net/community

to

lakehavasucity.net/lake-havasu-city/

Would it be worth it? Or would their be issues with duplicating words in the url?

Firstly, if you're already established, I would not change your URLs.

Secondly, I don't think the 2nd option looks good, and that matters a lot for general marketing to your users.
