Does the activation of deactivation of thread preview have any effect? I notice the vBSEO forum has it deactivated and was wondering why. I thought it might be better to ask in this thread than to begin a new one since it might be an optimization scheme. Thanks, |

I used to hate it when it first came out, but I have grown to rely on it now. I know the members of our forum like it, so I am just hoping it won't be a liability to SEO. Thanks. |

| Re: vBulletin Optimisation Tips vBSEO has an option to strip the thread preview for guests (ie, Spiders). You should turn that on.

*Moved to it's own thread* Certainly, if you/your members like it then you should disable it for guests(spiders) only.
