Support Ticket

I put in a support ticket and it is sending a responce to an old email address and not my default email address? I havent use this email address that it is sending it to for yrs and it has been close a long time.

I updated it a couple of yrs ago to the email I am using and been using. I also have this address set as my default email. did that a couple of yrs ago also......
