Support Ticket

I sent a ticket and got a response. I was waiting for another answer and got this

To access the support system must upgrade.

I show that your most recent license expired on February 4th, so you would not have been able to access the support system since that date. In order to continue to receive support, you would need to Renew that license.

There should be a Renew link on your "Downloads" page where it lists all your licenses.

I do see a ticket from you on March 11th where it appears that you transferred a license to a new owner. That would have been an active license, which would have allowed you to access the support system. Now that it has been transferred to the new owner, you no longer have access to support.

Ok, I see. I never got a confirmation that the license was was moved. I guess it got done and then I wasn't able to view the discussion we were having. Thanks!
