sudden change in ranking

Since installing vbseo, I watched many things happen to my forums. One gets bout 12k uniques per day and the other 2500 or so.

the biggest went from nowhere to page 2 on google at #12, the last few days I've went to #8 and today I'm now back to #17 - what would cause such a huge bump in rank?

my other site went from 12 to 8 overnight.

just wondering - I'm watching traffic on both sites go up greatly btw

Rankings change almost constantly. What you are seeing is perfectly normal. You're not fighting google-- you're fighting the rest of the internet. As anyone else posts a keyword in your search results, it may push everything around.

It is normal for the ranking to change overnight.So please be patient.

I just didn't expect it to go backward so hard, but I'll wait and see.
