subdirectory redirect

I saw that some people found o write my site using 2 or 4 W
my site is Pedana Vibrante e pedane vibranti , pedana basculante informazioni
many people use ww or wwww.
for resolve this I thinked to create subdomanin called
ww
wwww

and redirect this domain on my principal site

I tried to using a .htaccess
in the ww subdomain

where is the mistake?
