that's the default vb archive, re-writen to /sitemap
I suggest not using it at all and disablign the archive entirely

the archive is 100% duplicate content.
it's the worst thing vb ever did as a 'fix' to their crap url structure.
if you have vbseo, you don't need the archive, because vbseo fixes the crap url structure.
