Site optimisation on VB4 and vbseo 3.5

Hi all, I may of missed this somewhere but,

With the new templates in VB4, is there a guide for best optimisation tips.

Most things I see refer to earlier versions of VB

I think we should start a new vb4 section. Most of the things on vb3 do not apply to vb4 anymore due to the way everything is handled different.

This will likely slowly come to light as vb and vbseo get closer to their final releases.

I started to try an use some of the tips here, and soon realised I was going to be stumped with the code differences.
