Single page register

I was tired of seeing hundreds of people hit my birthday page a day, then maybe going to the agreement page, then maybe the register page, then maybe register.

I hired someone to custom write a single page registration. So far it is working very well. At the same time, it has naturally turned away some registration bots, since some are actually programmed to click through the pages. The registration rate has not gone up as I had hoped, but I think the quality of registrations has.

It is really a good idea. I had plans to do the same for a long time but never had free time to work on it. Do you mind sharing this ?

honestly, since i paid a premium for it to be done, I don't want to freely give it out. Send me a PM if you're interested in it.

You should add a field to them to select/enter their cellphone type. Then you could offer to send them notices when issues are posted about their phone.

That's a good idea. It could even be a custom RSS feed. (something else I've been wanting - rss feed by search term)

I already collect information for which cell phone they have. But that isn't on registration.

I also applied this and it was a 5 minute job. Banded my head why i never applied this before , thanks for pointing out this John.

Having register to one page was a very easy file edit. If you didnt bring the subject i never thought about it. Thats why thanks for pointing it out

Oh I get it - no prob. Did you account for CAPTCHA? We had some issues when getting around that correctly. Things were changed in regsiter.php as well.

It's still showing the registration rules. Personally I prefer this one End User Drop Registration Rules Page - vbEnhancer.com

Like mentioned in that topic, probably you do have to edit your Google Analytics Funnel settings if enabled.
