Should I be bringing in more traffic?

I was wondering what my site should be bringing in it really seems very slow avg users on is about 4-5 never really anymore. What can I do to increase the traffic that is brought to my site. I did adwords but that got expensive but it worked well.

I've also only had this up since around December.

Posts: 6,718,
Members: 334

Could take a while, being a new site, to get much results from google. Whether it is a sandbox, or some other magical reason, sometimes sites don't do much at all for the first 4-6 months or so.

Something else to consider is you are in a very competitive market. Just be patient and keep adding quality content.

You might consider adding a link on your home page in the navigation area as well. The Forum links are not really noticeable.

Thanks Mike, I was thinking about that from the start of the forum. My main reason agains that was my fitness consulting is my primary source of income and if people saw free fitness advice maybe they wouldn't purchase my services. But now I'm thinking that the forum might actually work to my advantage. I'll Look into adding that extra button thats for the insight once again.
