serious leaching problem

We have a serious problem, someone has duplicated our site using what looks like a php request here

obviously this is really bad for seo, here is our real site Web Design and Development Forums - WebProCafe

I need to find a way to not only stop the images ( obviously htaccess and that problem is solved ) but stop the content from escaping our server.. any ideas would be really helpful

Unfortunately there is no way to prevent any one to steal your content. What you can do is send a DMCA notice to the site first and then to their host if you donot receive any respond.

I sent them an email using their own contact form and luckily they seem very reasonable and removed it straight away ( makes a change to see someone do something right lol )
