Search Engine Ranking Checker

Hi All

Could any one reccomend a good program for checking search engine rankings mainly and maybe backlinks,

I current use IBP but don't rate the ranking checker as I'd prefer something that produce a visual grath.

I've seen a few online sites that would do this mainly digtalpoint but i would prefer something standlone that i can install on my pc

oh and preferably free as well.
