Restructuring Thread Titles

Is there any way I can change my current thread titles which in this format
Thread Title - Website (main forum) Title

To this format
Thread Title - Forum (the forum or the subforum where the thread exist) Title

You can do that using vbseo RR's (relevant replacements), but i would suggest only using the thread title in the title for the best long tail search results.
