Removing profile signature from some non thread starter

Hello all,
I am having a lot of signature spamming in my forum mainly from silly people who never start their own thread just jump on threads started by other just display flamboyant signatures and get link cheaply.

What can I modify or add so that ONLY thread starter gets signature, signatures of contributors to the thread does not display.
