Removing the ID numbers from URLs in the CMS

I had removed section ID from section URLs but still its showing IDs in section URLs ?

I had Xcache enabled and hence even I am changing, clearing CMS cache, widget was not showing new URL.
Now I am using section URLs without ID, however CMS entry ie. article urls are with ID.
Hope that will not create any unwanted problem.

One more thing I have noticed,

In forum if we provide wrong URL but with proper topic ID, then we are redirect to proper topic/ url automatically.
But in CMS, even if provide correct article ID, its not taking to original article.

That is related to how vBulletin CMS is designed
