    Remove SEO portion

    Hello,

    I was wondering if someone can tell me where I go in vbseo settings to remove the text that vbseo adds. for this example I just used vbseo's site.

    That is the Relevant Replacement.

    You may need to either uncheck the auto-replacement, or remove the template edit.

    Thank you very much. I just unchecked the option and it removed it.

    Does having this check actually help with SEO? If so, how?

    RR's put real content high up in source code. Items higher in source code hold more seo weight.
