Reducing usercp.php and newreply.php Load Time?

I've been working on reducing the load time on my site by doing a few different things like optimizing the db, server, vbulletin, etc. One thing I've been watching was the Site Performance page in Google Webmaster Tools. I'm getting faster load times on everything but usercp.php and newreply.php. I have those pages blocked in robots.txt but this Site Performance page works off of user's toolbar stats, or so I've heard?

Does anyone know anything you can do to optimize or increase the loadtime of usercp.php and newreply.php?

even robots'ted out, bots (and guests) will only ever see a login prompt. IMO, it's a bit of a waste of time to dive further into optimizing these areas.
