redirecting a forum - your advise please

HI everyone
I see many of you know so much and have a lot experience already
so I would like to ask for some advice please.

I see I can set up a forum and enter a URL so that it redirects there
just by clicking on the forum title then.

I.e.
I have my main site
bonusparadise.com
and there I have i.e. a page "rival casinos" ......

and my forum is bonusparadise.com/forum
now if I set up in my "casino category" on my board
a forum named "rival casinos" and redirect to my main site
would that be ok for the SE`s or is that just not good cuz there is no own content in that forum then?

I wouldn't set up a forum redirect to link to the homepage, no.

if it was some other page that didn't have a solid link to get to (ie, not on your nav at all) then it would be ok.

Well I dont like also to add almost same thing again on my forum
like I have here, i.e. Rival Casinos - I-Slots | Experience the fun

Maybe i can just make a forum, title it like
Casino Listings
and then in the forum i make threads
like listing for Rivals.... add some word to it
like we have made an easy listing blablabla

think this is better
such a thing i did already here

in the threads here i have then a link to direct my members there.

to do so should be ok?

I would not redirect just to my homepage
I would like to redirect to a specific page
like my page /rival-casinos.php

so I would like to set up a forum on my /forum
name it i.e. "RIVAL CASINOS LISTING"
and redirect it to the page
bonusparadise.com/rival-casinos.php

this would not be good?

I hope the other thing I did will be ok like you see in my other post above.

This is sure a lot to learn and to know with SEO
but sure would like to do and try my best.
