Reccommend against adding sites to Google Webmaster Tools?

I know Google Webmaster Tools are helpful, but for a long time now I have resisted adding most of my sites because they link to each other. I figured Google would connect the dots and deduct any link juice they may send one another.

Do you guys consider this a valid concern and do you add all of your sites to Google Webmaster Tools? Why or why not?

I suppose they could just as easily deduce who owns what from Analytics or Adsense, but for some reason I have resisted the Webmaster Tools.

Can you help cure me of my phobia?

Google already knows if you own and operate the same sites especially if you've got them all one one IP address, or the domain information is public, and you're the registered owner of them all.

However, there is no problem in interlinking your sites like that and you won't get any penalities imo as long as you're doing it correctly. I've got all my sites interlinked one way or another and have 0 problems with Google.
