Rationale of showing Two Navbars in forumsdisplay template

I would like to know consequences of showing two nav bars: one at top and other at the bottom of page? like here -->

I use two navigation bars, and i dont particually see this having an adverse effect on the relevance of your page and the navigation links. This is more of an ergnomic hack to help improve user navigation after posting.

I would think that any potential SEO effect would be negligible. Navigation like that is fairly common.

If you think it provides for better navigation, go for it.
