Question regarding vBSEO, please help.

I notice on sites it shows the following in the footer :


Search Engine Optimization by vBSEO 3.2.0

Well on mine, it shows :

Content Relevant URLs by vBSEO 3.3.0

Does this mean my site is not being optimized for search engines and only doing the Content Relevants? If so, how do I get it to optimize my site for search engines?
