Us as well... But it's not exactly a normal workday?
Same here... and ironically we purchased ours likely about the same time, shortly after 4 PM EST which would be about 5 PM in the Atlantic time that vBSEO staff use. Go figure...
On the other hand, we have to keep in mind that it's late in the day on New Years Eve... We might have to wait awhile
. 'sokay we got the order in before midnight so it'll be on this year's taxes
