Other Enhancements - Image Size Attributes

hi, i've just tried to enable this option and i put in the panel this:

'images/boardicons/Home-48.png'=>'20x20'

that is the 'house' image onto my forumhome (FNIV - Federazione Italiana Videogiocatori), this image is part of the 'forum icons' product, but i can't see anything resized onto my forumhome ... any tip please?

As I see in html source, vBSEO adds width/height attriubutes correctly to that image, but the style element overrides them:
