one of my site never get indexed

One of my.info never got indexed from the past 2 years, though it is full with original contents, kept submitting to Google too.

What can be the problem?

You do not really have much publicly available indexable content on that site.

You link out to other sites (or sub-domains). You have download links on the main page that are password protected, etc.
