Number of indexed pages in Google

Hi all,

I've been running my vB forums with vBSEO from day one pretty much, the forums is now upto 2,700 threads, with 34,000 posts, but yet even with many multiple page threads the site still only has 10,500 pages indexed in Google.

I'm led to believe this is low in comparison, is there anything I can do with my vBSEO settings to get more of the pages indexed? A member of the forums has recommended I make all outbound links within posts "nofollow"?

First of all you should track your statistics via an analytics program like Google Analytics. site:domain.com query is not accurate and you shouldn't depend on the outcome of that data. But even it is not accurate your site is pretty good indexed as you have over 10.500 pages even you only have 2700 threads.

10k with under 3000 threads is great!
