Not convinced this works

well i installed this and still not linked in google or others from what i can see. my site is St Helens - sthelens community website

If i am wrong then please i apologise but since installed this ive had no increas etc. If i have done something wrong, again please let me know andi i fix it.

Do yo have the vBSEO Sitemap generator (free plugin available on vbulletin.org) installed and submitting sitemaps to your Google Webmaster account?

Are the search engine bots visiting your site? (vBSEO Sitemap has a report that shows all search engine bot activity on your site.)

vBSEO helps by optimizing your indexing, but it can't bring the search engines to you.

how do i check all the above is on my site ? as i installed it a month ago and i am working on a few sites.

I just took a look, and you do have vBSEO Sitemap installed. Take a look at the "SE Avtivity Log" option on the vBSEO Sitemap menu and see if it shows anything.

If it's not showing anything, you may not have that option enabled. To enable it, go to your vBSEO control panel and set the "Log Spider Activity in your Forums?" to "Yes".

i had the vBSEO Sitemap undate once a month ? so i have changed this to once a week now to see how it goes.
