Newbie vB Question: Setting Up Admin(s)

When setting up vB, it askes to set up an administrator account.

Do most people post (participate) with this account or do they set up another account for using their board?

Like here, are the "staff" admins, moderators or something else?

I use my admin account, not sure why someone would choose not to do so.

I was only thinking that if you expose your username, all that is needed is for someone to hammer the password.

its easy enough to find anyway... just use a secure password, and change it often.
