Exclamation Need Some Tips From the Pros

I have been running vbSEO for a few months now and I can only assume that it has helped my community prosper. I would like for someone to take the time to let me know what exactly could be done to optimize crawlability and get my community seen in search engines even easier.

Xtreme-Source - Taking it to the next level!

I've have followed a few guides here and there and today I've spent numerous hours reading through your forums. I'd just like someone to guide me as to what of the info I've found here can benefit my site best.

Thank you in advance, to whomever decides to take a look.

I recommend you check out our relevant replacements to see if they might be something you'd be interested in adding on your forum.

If there is any way to reduce your graphic complexity, that might not be a bad idea, just in general, to speed up the loading of your site, etc.

Thanks for the reply. I will check out the link you've provided now. As for the graphics on my site. I guess I could reduce them, but that design was actually completed a few days ago. I'd hate to get rid of it all so soon. I haven't had any complaints about loading time but I do try to monitor it. I guess I am more concerned with people finding the site and the information we offer. We are fairly new. A years and a couple months to be exact. We always have visitors sliding through, maikng the occasional posts, downloads, etc...I think when we hit 20K, 30K, and so on I'd be more simple design (if that makes sense) due to server load. Unless you are telling me that having a site with graphics such as mine can hurt me with vbSEO, maybe I'm misunderstanding. If that is the case, I guess I have some reconsidering to do.

I'm here ot learn. Constructive criticism is always welcome towards me and my community.

I think it slows your rendering time a bit due to a higher level of complexity in your template for placement of all the image slices, etc.

It's not a deal breaker, just something to consider for the future. It won't have any direct impact on your vBSEO experience.

In an SEO, sense graphics themselves are not going to impact you negatively. However, we generally like to keep a page as clean as possible. That's why you'll often hear SEO people refer to Content to Code ratios and how to improve them. Generally speaking, the more content, and the less code, the better... although the measurable effect for SEO in the various search engines is unknown.

I see. I get where you're coming from. But on the side of making my SEO results as best they could be, would there be anything else you'd recommend aside from the afore mentioned link? Thanks for your time.
