Need to show X number of vbseo forum url on my home page

I have looked and looked and all i can find is how to do it with normal links. I need these to show outside my forum directory on my /index.php page and my forum is /forum/

You can simply wrap and include with our extensibility functions

I didn't see anything in there on how to pull x number of current post in there.

AS that is not necessarily vbseo related, you should find an addon else where that does what you want, and then add in the vbseo functions to make the links vbseo'ed.
