Need professional help with getting W3C XHTML compliant

We need some help finding someone who can help us get W3C XHTML Transitional compliant. We got LOTS of errors and I am not up to par on fixing this stuff.

Obviously we need someone who know vBulletin very well and has experience.

We are looking to hire.

Can anyone give us some recommendations?
