need help with my license

hello everyone
i have lost my id,which i used to register my vbseo.i have full transaction details in my paypal.i want to know that is there any way that vbseo team transfer the license to my this account.

i can show the transaction proof (as this is the only thing i have left to show my ownership proof)
support system is only available for Paid members.and since i have lost the account.i cannot use that account either.so kindly suggest me
