Do the actual nameserver names play any role in search engine optimization. For example setting up a nameserver as ns1.keyword.com and ns2.keyword.com?
I like the level of thinking you've applied, but I would expect the nameserver plays no role in terms of keywords in the URL.
The name server itself, if configured to direct traffic for many blackhat or penalized sites, could come in to play. However, that's also extremely questionable.
