The mysteries of page rank?

I cannot figure out why I keep falling.
I was a 4 at one time, then a 3 and now a 2.
Content is great, activity, booming and yet I can get no PR love.

I did bin the google ads in favor of something that actually pays decent $$, do you think that has anything to do with it?

Also, side note...since using VBSEO I have ranked between position 2 and 5 using certain keywords on Google......I have yet to register so much as a blip on Yahoo. I wonder why that is.

pagerank is pretty much useless. don't worry about it. i was doing 10k uniques a day as a PR0.
