Moving My VB to a new domain, VBSEO Preperation

I will be moving my forum to a new domain and server, and I want to know what preparations if any I need to make with VBSEO.

From what I understand all I need to do for VB move is:

• Turn off my board
• Backup old database (w/ VBSEO plugin still on)
• Reinstall Vbulletin (make sure versions match) on new server
• Move all images and such over to new server
• Import old database into new database
• Point fresh VB install at new imported database
• Re-install VBSEO on new server (moved plugin will recognize installation and update automatically?)
• Turn on my board

Do I need to turn off VBSEO before backing up my database to move or can I leave it on? Also, does it matter that i will be a VBSEO Gold vs RC8?

Is this best way to do this to uninstall VBSEO, move the database and get that up and running, then simply re-install VBSEO in its entirety? I don't want to lose my custom VBSEO settings though...

You can uninstall vBSEO on old domain at this point, since your forums will be turned off anyway.

You should request vBSEO license update request via support ticket since your domain will be changed.

My license was expired anyway so I renewed for $35 and listed the new domain address.

The license has been renewed. Do not forget to remove vBSEO from old domain in order to transfer the license to the new domain.

uninstalled VBSEO on old domain, emailed you guys, PM'd you guys, still my license has not been moved and VBSEO is not working yet on my new domain :( :(

Please help me fix this, my forum has been down for a while now.
