    Moving to a different domain?

    Hi,

I've taken over ownership of an established forum and am trying to move it to a different domain. I've copied over the files and databases. When trying to browse the forum I get nothing but this:
Fatal error: Unable to read 26365 bytes in /public_html/forum/vbseo.php on line 0

you're not currently showing as a customer. Please pm me your license details (transaction id, domain) so i can assign your license to your username.

Ok I sent that stuff via PM.

I found that my forum works fine if I delete the .htaccess files and turn off vbSEO. I would like to get it working again, please let me know if you intend to provide support or if I'm wasting my time here.

    Hello,

The customer you bought your site from needs to open a ticket and request to move the license to you if he indeed sold it to you with the site. Until then, we do not see you as being an official vbseo owner and cannot provide you with support, and nor will vbseo work on non-registered domains.
