Most Popular SEO mods for Vbulletin

I was just curious as to the most popular and most effective SEO mods for vbulletin. I know what number 1 an 2 are IMO and they are as follows.

1. VBSEO
2. vBSEO Google/Yahoo sitemap generator

I know there are plenty of little tweaks that have a tremendous SEO effect so please list them in this topic.


I have made a few on my site but by far VBSEO has help more than anything else.

I'm certainly no SEO expert, but I'm pretty sure the only value that may have is in aesthetics, not SEO.

In my opinion, if you want SEO value for the topic titles, then stick them between header tags (<h2>, <h3>, <h4>, depending on what page and what else has preference on that page). Save <h1> for the title of the page (which in showthread and showpost views, that would be the thread title).
