Is this MOD really good for SEO?

I was surfing vb.org and I came across this MOD, what it do is that it translates my page content to 28 other languages and store them etc...

does it wroth installing and what does it do with the translated pages and where does it save it, sorry but it's discretion is kinda messy and I'm sleepyyyy while writing this thread
