If they are expecting to be able to compete on a grand scale, and especially appealing to webmasters, whom are stereotypically more knowledgable on issues such as internet browser security, then they arent doing a good job as it. Trust Microsoft to try and monopolize everything to the point that they are reducing the services usability and just giving us yet another reason to look towards Google or YPN.

Oh, and after browsing through the whole adCenter thing, it appears more like a Google AdWords offering at the moment, rather than Adsense. With information provided for advertisers, who to optimize their advertisement text, and the different styles of advertisements they have to choose from. I dont see anything for publishers

EDIT: Although, after looking through what they have to offer advertisers it seems as though they have some inventive advertisements formats, instead of just the normal sizes some are expandable upon mouse-hover. Although these require some form of validation on the part of MSN.

Oh no. You weren't suppose to discover that until we release the next version.

The official release announcement will include all details regarding this new feature.

It's not very intuitive...generally, I would look for a 'Publishers' link, but couldn't seem to find one anywhere.

It is currently closed to publishers except those accepted by the beta that they ran a few months back. That's why you can't find a link to it :P
