Meta Tags for Various Mods

Does anyone know how to fix the meta tags for mods so instead of showing the same description and keywords for every page, they take the content from the pages and use that as the keywords/description

Below is an outline of what I need. If you are interested, please PM me with the price for each item in the outline, along with portfolio to review

1. I have this mod - http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showt...light=glossary

Each page of the mod has the same keywords and description. I would it so that the keywords/descriptions are pulled form the word/definition in the dictionary.

2. Same issue as above except with this mod - vBTubePRO - vBulletin Video, Photo and MP3 - Media Gallery

3. Same issue as above except with the Downloads mod (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showt...ght=downloadii)

Is there an easy way of doing this?
