Looking for someone to do seo on my forums

I use vbseo and am looking for someone who is good at SEOing vbseo forums.

There is not really a forum here that I see to post a request for services so I am posting it here. Please move this to the proper form if it needs to be moved.

I have used VBSEO for quite a long time. When I upgraded my main site to vb 4.0, and upgraded vbseo, and had a new template created, my traffic dropped in half and has remained there.

We also bought a very high trafficked forum site and installed vbseo and upgraded it to 4.0, etc., with a new forum style, and it too has seen it's traffic literally crash.

I'm looking for someone who is good with template modifications, etc., to come in and fix whatever has possibly changed that is killing the traffic.
