About LinkBacksGuys I'm trying to work out if linkbacks, trackbacks etc are good for improving page rank at all with Google.
As far as I can see they only serve to take spiders away from the site and not bring them in, or am I missing the ethos completely?
At the moment we have them turned off to conserve server CPU....

I am curious to know too.
You can always set the option in vbseo to put nofollow on all outbound links.
